Pembs Performance Academy is designed for 11-16 year olds to maximise their athletic potential. The Academy runs every Friday and primarily focusses on Speed, Agility, and Strength, providing an excellent base to allow athletes to perform better, train harder and be more resilient to injury,

Jump training and
Running Technique
We place a massive emphasis on developing running technique and acceleration mechanics, as well as developing our athletes ability to develop effective jump technique to improve sport performance.

Sprinting
A key component of all sports, one of our big pillars for the academy is improving speed and making the athletes faster. In our opinion it is the one big differentiator between average and great athletes.

Strength Training
All evidence points towards the huge benefits of training for strength. Bigger force, faster sprinting, improved ability to handle more training and games, more resilient to injury, just to name a few. Our training is progressive, monitored and safe.
